Eligibility
Any individual aged 18 and older is eligible for our services.
Payment Options
We understand that everyone’s financial situation is unique. That’s why we offer various payment methods, including:
- Out-of-pocket payments
- Insurance coverage for:
- Disabled Individuals (CADI)
- Developmental Disability Waiver (DD)
- Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (BI)
- Other insurance plans
- Veteran’s Administration (VA) benefits
- Private pay (out-of-pocket)
- MSHO/MSC+
Alternative Adult Day Services
For clients with specific waivers, we provide alternative adult day services with no change in the rate. These waivers include:
- Elderly Waiver (EW)
- Alternative Care (AC)
- Essential Community Supports (ECS)
- Disability Waivers (unless being renewed)
Please note that alternative services are currently available for existing clients only, except for new private pay service recipients.
